On December 27, 2022, the summary event of Tongren City’s First "Scenario-Based Big Data" Innovation Application Competition, jointly organized by the Municipal Bureau of Big Data, the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, and the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, was grandly held in Bijiang District. The preparatory work for this competition was thorough and received positive public response.

Notably, this competition utilized the Qianhu Scoring System, independently developed by Guizhou Qianhu Technology, which employed “cloud-based judges” to conduct real-time evaluations of contestants, instantly publishing dynamic rankings—an innovative approach that significantly enhanced the competition format and created numerous highlights.

According to Tianyan News of Guizhou Daily, a total of 49 entries were submitted for the competition, garnering over 3.8 million online likes during the preliminary online voting phase. After rigorous screening through online preliminary evaluation and expert review, 15 outstanding awards were granted, and 10 exceptional entries were selected for on-site roadshows and live scoring at the summary event, where first, second, and third prizes were ultimately awarded.

At the event, Yu Yi, Member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and Vice Mayor of the Municipal People's Government, delivered a speech, stating: "We hope this competition will effectively promote theoretical innovation in scenario-based big data applications in our city and deepen the integration of the digital economy with the real economy, fostering more innovative and outstanding application scenarios, thereby continuously catalyzing new industries, new business forms, and new models, and showcasing Tongren’s achievements in scenario-based big data practices."
